Housekeeping was inconsistent, with my room still not prepared by late afternoon on a couple of days. I missed having robes in the room and found the lack of a full restaurant limiting. Eventually, I enjoyed meals at the adjacent country club, but more dining options within the hotel would have enhanced my stay. Despite these minor hiccups, I would certainly return to this historic gem.
